2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items that are personalized or made to order are non-returnable.
Note: Certain products may be subject to hygiene regulations (e.g., vacuum cleaners, air purifiers) and must be unopened to qualify for a return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.

Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.

Ship Your Return: Ship the products back to us within 14 days after receiving the return shipping label. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or you received the wrong item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product for a different item (of equal or lesser value), please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the product you want.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hopkinssa.com. We may request photos of the damage or defect to assist with the claim and ensure proper handling. We will either replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Shipping Costs
For all returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
8. Final Sale Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
